Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please contact me via convo if there is an issue with the item you received, and I will work with you to remedy the situation.

If you want to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. A full refund will be issued if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition. The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Custom requests

Many of my items can be lengthened or shortened at no additional charge; however, there may be a short delay in shipping if the item requires additional supplies that I don't have in stock at the moment. I will always let you know if that is the case with your item!


I accept payment via Paypal only. You can pay through Paypal without having to set up a Paypal account, as long as you have a credit or debit card. I'm happy to walk you through this process if you encounter any problems!

I reserve the right to cancel a sale if payment has not been received within 3 days of your purchase.

If you are paying with a Paypal eCheck, please note that these can take up to 10 business days to clear my bank. I will ship your item when your payment has cleared.


I ship via United States Postal Service after payments have cleared.

Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address when purchasing. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Paypal address, if I cannot reach you to confirm which one is correct.

Non-US buyers: Please be aware of all customs fees, taxes, and duties assessed by your country that are your responsibility to pay. The package will be marked as purchased goods. I will not mark your package as "gift" -- it's against the law!
